Housing Services manage room changes or transfer requests for students already living in halls. Transfers are generally only permitted if they are supported by Residential Services or due to other circumstances, such as urgent maintenance.

• Fees: If a transfer is approved, a £30 transfer fee typically applies.
• Availability: All changes are subject to room availability.
• Pre-arrival changes: If you have already submitted your application, but you haven't moved in yet, you can usually amend preferences for a short period of time.
