On Friday 27 February, IT Services is hosting the QM Digital Life event - a full day of hands-on support, quick-fix guidance, and practical digital skills to help you stay confident and in control of your studies.

Designed around real student needs, the event brings together experts, workshops, and live demos to help you get the most out of essential University systems - from QMplus to Wi-Fi troubleshooting, from smarter revision with Q-Review to managing your references with EndNote.

• 10.30-11am: Q-Review Focus Group
• 11.30am-12pm: Using Q-Review for Smarter Revision
• 12.30-1pm: AI at Queen Mary: Policy & Practical Use
• 2-2.30pm: EndNote & Reference Management Made Simple, plus a look at the new Library Search
• 3-3.30pm: Wi-Fi, Applications & Labs: Fix It Fast
• 3.40-4pm: Laptop loans, digital access & open Q&A
